Turned Into Honey: Lessons of Gold
I’ve started to say if/when I write a book, this chapter will be called “I lived out of a locker.” I’ll call it this because I’m going to turn this chance/privilege given into something good this time.
I don’t want to continue life closed off and made to believe I have to be perfect. I’m not. Slowly my honeycombs are now being made and steps are being taken so that when I leave the beehive, I’ll be stronger because I’ve worked through my failures. I’ll stop along the way to each flower or rose petal I have to grab pollen from and buzz my way through.
No longer do I want to see my pain get me nowhere. My marvelous error that got me here will turn out to be sweet honey falling from the combs like dripping lessons of gold.
